12 Canadian Literature
This term, we shall be continuing to examine the poetry aand prose of Canadian writers.
Assessment for the term:
Writing an I AM poem: Due April 7th. /5
Novel Essay: Due April 18th. /15
Reading Comprehension: Responding critically to questions on material read. /20 Throughout term.
Writing a life lesson poem, set on Grand Manan. Due April 25th. /10
Grand Manan Short Story: /20 Due May 16th.
Final Essay on Themes of Canadian literature, giving examples from the works we have studied to support the essay. /20 Due May 30th.
No Final Exam.
